Vivaldis Office is hiring a Head of Production to manage production activities for construction projects involving metal structures, complex projects, welding, and metal or concrete pre-processing in the Hoogstraten area. The role oversees quality, safety, staffing, schedules, project parameters, documentation, and coordination across departments, while also supporting HR functions and process improvement. It requires more than five years of similar experience, a bachelor's degree in a technical field, welding and pre-processing knowledge, technical-drawing interpretation, a category B driver's license, and the ability to work at heights; a VCA certificate is preferred.
