EXL is hiring a remote Insurance Appraisal Scheduling Specialist to schedule appraisal appointments with insurance policyholders, support homeowners through the ASSIST self-survey product, provide concierge assistance with photo-capture app installation, and maintain work-order statuses. The role requires strong customer service, communication, technological, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to prioritize work and meet productivity goals. Compensation is targeted at $13–$15 per hour, including base hourly wage and performance-based incentive pay.
