EXL is hiring a remote Insurance Appraisal Scheduling Specialist to schedule appraisal appointments with insurance policyholders, support homeowners through the ASSIST self-survey product, provide concierge assistance with photo-capture app installation, maintain work-order statuses, and meet productivity and quality goals. The role requires strong customer service, communication, technological, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a target total compensation of $13–$15 per hour including base pay and performance-based incentive pay.
