Description
The Residential Coordinator manages consumer plan development and supervises residential direct-care staff and caregivers. Responsibilities include hiring and disciplinary actions, staff training, inspections, medication and record reviews, treatment and care planning, coordination of medical and behavioral services, scheduling, consumer and family communication, Medicaid eligibility, crisis response, and administrative reporting. The role requires a BA/BS in human services, three years of intellectual disabilities experience, two years of supervision experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours and locations.
