Constellation Brands is hiring a full-time Learning and Development Manager in Mexico City to coordinate learning and development initiatives for the administrative areas of Beer Supply Chain and SEF Mexico, corporate programs, and administrative processes. The role includes delivering onboarding and in-person courses, administering key performance indicators and budgets, developing functional and leadership training content, managing Workday Learning and My Beer Academy, localizing corporate content, evaluating training providers, and supporting essential skills courses at the Nava, Obregón, and Veracruz Breweries.
