Qantas is hiring a Flight Crew Training Scheduling Coordinator to plan, monitor, amend, and produce flight crew training schedules and rosters, manage training disruptions, and ensure compliance with CASA regulations, industrial agreements, and company policy. The role is based at the Mascot location, is full-time, and runs Monday to Friday during a 24-month fixed term. Candidates should have strong organisational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, working knowledge of flying programs and crew requirements, Microsoft proficiency, and experience with training systems; tertiary qualifications in aviation, business, or logistics are desirable.
