DEX Imaging is hiring a Field Service Technician – Office Technology to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, configure, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer locations. The role also involves preventive maintenance, service scheduling, customer support, recordkeeping, and territory management. Candidates should have mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, customer service skills, basic computer and networking knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation; prior office technology experience is preferred but not required, and training is provided.
