Description
The Copilot Agent Engineer will design the intelligence layer of an enterprise-grade AI assistant, including prompt architectures, agent personas, retrieval pipelines, RAG patterns, evaluation chains, and governance controls. The role requires 4–6 years of AI or backend engineering experience, hands-on LLM agent development, knowledge of vector search and embeddings, and proficiency in Python or TypeScript. It involves collaborating with engineering, platform, data, and business teams and requires experience in regulated environments. The position is fully remote and includes a long-term B2B contract, competitive salary, healthcare, and work on international projects.
