Description
The Copilot Trainer - AI Upskilling is a contract, hybrid position based in Washington, DC, responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling AI learning programs for an organization. The role develops curriculum covering AI foundations, GenAI tools, AI agents, responsible AI, and prompt engineering; facilitates in-person and virtual training; creates playbooks, prompt libraries, and hands-on exercises; and continuously improves content. Candidates need an advanced university degree in a relevant field, at least five years of relevant professional experience, Copilot and Copilot Studio skills, and experience delivering technology or AI training at scale. The position pays $60.00–$65.00 per hour and may include medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
