Description
The Copper Workshop Trainer will develop the technical capability of operators in a specialized copper workshop by training staff on the safe setup, operation, troubleshooting, blueprint interpretation, quality testing, and safety compliance of copper-processing machinery. The role requires hands-on expertise in CNC punching, flat and edgewise bending, chamfering, brick tooling, and Microsoft Word and Excel, along with the ability to maintain digital training logs and competency matrices.
