VML is hiring a mid-level Content & Copy Creative in Warsaw to develop and write social, digital, and campaign copy; create native Reels and TikTok content; collaborate with designers, strategists, and production teams; manage content calendars; and bring ideas from concept through client approval. The role requires at least three years of social-first content experience, fluent English, strategic creativity, attention to detail, and a strong interest in culture, interior design, and the creative industry. It follows a hybrid model with two days per month in the Warsaw office and remote work on other days, with a Poland pay range of 6,333 to 12,500 PLN.
