The role involves creating compelling messaging across various channels like email, SMS, landing pages, and product pages, focusing primarily on retention marketing (email/sms) and secondarily on conversion-focused website and landing page copy. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in email, SMS, and web copy, experience writing for e-commerce and DTC brands, and possess a deep understanding of customer psychology and retention marketing.

Required Previous Experiences: Strong portfolio showcasing Email, SMS, and web copy
Experience writing for eCommerce and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands
Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy

Ability to adapt to multiple brand voices and audiences
Fast iteration mindset and ability to work from feedback and performance data
