Description
The role plans, manages, and coordinates the evolution of Mobile Core and VAS services, translating business requirements into technical solutions and overseeing expansions, upgrades, migrations, and improvements. Responsibilities include capacity and performance analysis, budget management, project coordination with commercial, regional, technical, and vendor teams, change governance, risk management, and preparation of technical and executive reports. The position requires a degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least three years of mobile telecommunications experience, and advanced English.
