Infinidat is hiring a Core Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain C++ backend services on Linux for high-performance, multi-threaded, clustered, mission-critical storage products. The role focuses on high-scale I/O flows, metadata management, persistence layers, databases, caching, configuration management, infrastructure integration, production issue resolution, and performance optimization, while collaborating with developers, architects, QA engineers, and product teams. Candidates need at least three years of software development experience, C++ proficiency, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and production backend systems experience; storage, distributed systems, databases, Linux system programming, and performance optimization experience are preferred.
