HSM is hiring a Core Group Associate to inspect innerspring units, repair and trim them, attach border wire with an air-powered clip gun, place completed units on an overhead carrier system, and maintain a clean and safe work area. The role requires physical work, repeated lifting of more than 70 pounds, and attention to quality, safety, and teamwork; six months of prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
