Core HR and Total Rewards SME at O-I

O-I is hiring a Core HR and Total Rewards SME to support and optimize global Core HR and Total Rewards processes and solutions, including employee master data, payroll administration, workforce transactions, compliance, help desk and vendor portal operations, escalations, governance, automation, and analytics. The role owns SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation, and ServiceNow HRSD, partners with Accenture and GBS, and reports to the Global HR Process Delivery Lead. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or HR/payroll technology product ownership, and follows a hybrid model with two days per week in Envigado and three days from home.
