Oracle is hiring a Software Engineer for its Virtual Networking Gateways team to design, build, maintain, and test automation for provisioning, deploying, managing, and operating OCI virtual networking fleets. The role focuses on Terraform and Python, deployment pipelines, reliability, operational runbooks, incident response, security, and change management. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of virtual networking and be comfortable owning well-scoped tasks with limited day-to-day direction; C++, hyperscale cloud infrastructure, and automated testing experience are beneficial but not required. The role is an IC2 career level with a US hiring range of $70,000 to $166,100 per annum and may be eligible for bonus and equity.
