Frankenmuth Insurance is seeking a technology leader to direct its core insurance technology organization and the platforms supporting Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Billing, Financial Systems, and Document Management. The role combines strategic platform modernization, delivery and operations leadership, technology-business partnership, enterprise governance, vendor and investment management, and leadership of high-performing engineering and technical teams. It requires a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of progressive application development, software engineering, or technology delivery leadership experience, and 5+ years leading managers or large-scale technology organizations; visa sponsorship is not available.
