The role combines hands-on engineering leadership with strategic automation planning, Java and Python development, BDD testing, CI/CD and DevOps integration, containerized testing environments, and quality assurance for critical trading systems. Candidates need extensive senior software or automation engineering experience, FIX protocol knowledge, and experience in financial services and trading systems.
