The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate-level, full-time technology role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable application systems and programs. The position contributes to systems analysis and programming, supports trunk-based development, CI/CD, automated testing, secure coding, code reviews, and distributed-systems architecture, and collaborates with architects, product owners, DevOps teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role also mentors junior engineers and requires 8–12 years of experience, strong Java, Python, or modern programming-language experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
