Description
The Applications Development Senior Manager leads one or more applications development teams and oversees the analysis, programming, delivery, budgeting, staffing, and compliance of application systems and programs. The role requires senior-level applications development experience, stakeholder and people management, project management, and strong technical oversight across backend, frontend, database, DevOps, cloud, scripting, and testing technologies. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with a master’s degree preferred.
