Description
The Core Laboratory Supervisor oversees daily laboratory operations, including results review, instrument troubleshooting, proficiency testing, quality-control exception reporting, inventory management, reporting, quality-improvement activities, and instrument and software backups. The role requires MT, MLS, or MT (HEW) certification, a baccalaureate degree, and at least four years of training or experience in a high-complexity laboratory, with additional progressive-responsibility experience required for additional responsibility.
