Description

Mission Federal Credit Union is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence solutions. The role covers SQL Server databases, ETL/ELT pipelines, Power BI and SSRS reporting, Azure data and analytics platforms, data quality, integrations, production troubleshooting, architecture, and technical mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, plus 5+ years in database engineering, ETL/ELT development, and enterprise reporting and analytics.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of database engineering and design experience in OLTP and OLAP environments.
5+ years of experience developing ETL/ELT processes using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Python, or similar technologies.
5+ years of experience developing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and SSRS.
Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Azure data and analytics technologies.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD practices, and source control management.
Python development experience.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale data and analytics environments.
