Snap Inc. is hiring a Core Product Designer to join its Product Design team and help shape the core Snapchat application. The role involves conceiving and pitching new features, driving end-to-end product design and execution, creating visual and interaction designs and prototypes, improving existing products, defining product roadmaps, and communicating design decisions to leadership, product, design, and engineering teams. The position requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of mobile application design and shipping experience, three years of experience with design tools, and a portfolio; camera, AR, social product, Snapchat, and AI-enabled design and development experience are preferred. The role follows a default-together policy requiring office attendance four or more days per week, with base salary ranging from $133,000 to $235,000 annually depending on the pay zone, plus RSU equity.
