Description
Chromalloy is hiring a Core Removal Chemical Process Operator to remove ceramic core material from aerospace castings using specialized chemical processing equipment. The role operates processing vessels, handles castings, monitors temperature, pressure, cycle time, and fluid levels, performs acid removal and rinsing, maintains tanks and work areas, completes production documentation, and follows chemical safety and PPE procedures. The position is on the fourth shift from Friday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a $3.00 shift differential, and requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, along with manufacturing or chemical processing experience preferred.
