Description
Chromalloy is hiring a Core Removal Chemical Process Operator to remove ceramic core material from aerospace castings using core removal and chemical processing equipment. The role involves operating processing vessels, loading and unloading castings, monitoring temperature, pressure, cycle time, and fluid levels, performing acid removal and rinsing, exposing grain structures for inspection, maintaining tanks and work areas, completing production records, and following chemical safety and PPE procedures. The position is on the fifth shift from Friday at 6:00 p.m. to Sunday at 6:00 a.m., with a $3.50 shift differential, and requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, along with manufacturing or chemical processing experience preferred.
