boost.ai is hiring a permanent Core Support Engineer for its Platform team in a hybrid role based in Stavanger or Oslo, Norway. The position owns escalated technical cases, bug reports, root-cause analysis, API and platform documentation, database performance monitoring, and internal support for the company’s chat and voice automation platform. Candidates should have advanced troubleshooting skills, experience learning new software, basic Python and PostgreSQL knowledge, and comfort using AI coding assistants. The role may develop into a development position and does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation.
