24Seven Hotels is hiring a Task Force Operations Manager to deploy to assigned hotels across its portfolio and provide hands-on operational leadership. The role assesses hotel conditions, supervises Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and other departments, supports profitability and guest satisfaction, resolves operational issues, and coordinates transitions, audits, and other priority assignments. The position is based in Southern California, requires travel of up to 90%, and offers a $80,000 to $95,000 annual salary plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
