Vanguard Marketing Corporation is hiring an early-career Accounting and Regulatory Reporting Specialist to perform month-end close, journal-entry review, FINRA FOCUS reporting, SEC customer-reserve calculations, quarterly financial statements, account reconciliations, risk management, external audits, and regulatory audit support. The role requires an undergraduate degree, strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge, Excel and communication skills, and one to two years of relevant experience; CPA, MBA, or equivalent training and experience are preferred. Visa sponsorship is not offered, and the role follows Vanguard’s hybrid working model.
