Description
The Corporate Actions Testing IC Associate supports User Acceptance Testing for corporate actions across reorganization, issuer services, principal and interest, cash and stock distributions, international dividends, and U.S. tax operations. The role develops test plans and cases, executes end-to-end testing in distributed and mainframe environments, reports and tracks defects in JIRA, and collaborates with operations and development teams. It requires at least four years of related experience, knowledge of corporate actions and the securities industry, familiarity with distributed and mainframe test environments, and understanding of the software implementation lifecycle, Agile, Waterfall, ALM, and JIRA. A bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience may substitute, and the role follows a hybrid model of three onsite days and two remote days.
