Hogan Lovells is hiring a mid-level to senior-level Project Finance Associate in Washington, DC to lead workstreams on complex project finance and related transactions across infrastructure, energy, resources, aerospace, defense, satellite, export credit agency, development finance institution, and Latin America matters. The role coordinates with partners and clients, integrates commercial, financing, regulatory, and sector-specific advice, manages multidisciplinary deal teams, and supervises and mentors junior lawyers. Candidates need at least four years of project finance experience, strong drafting and transaction-management skills, excellent academic credentials, and U.S. bar membership; the expected base salary is $310,000 to $390,000 per year, with potential bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
