Hogan, Lovells Cadwalader is hiring a Digital Infrastructure Associate from its Miami office to support complex global digital infrastructure matters, including data-center development and colocation, hyperscaler leases, terrestrial and subsea fiber networks, operational agreements, and financing and purchase-and-sale transactions. The role requires substantial responsibility and leadership, with ideal candidates having 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, telecom infrastructure development, or related matters, along with transaction-drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. The expected base salary is $235,000 to $310,000 per year, with potential bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and possible relocation.
