Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is hiring mid-to-senior level Mergers & Acquisitions Associates to advise public and private companies, strategic investors, and private equity sponsors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing diligence, executing strategic transactions, integrating legal technologies, leading workstreams, and serving as a key client and deal-team contact. Candidates must have at least three years of experience, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, and bar admission in the jurisdiction where they will practice. The position is open to U.S. offices, with a preference for Silicon Valley, Boston, Denver, and New York, and offers a base salary of $260,000 to $390,000 per year plus potential bonuses and benefits.
