The role supports deal, sales, process, customer, and internal projects while developing credit, risk, relationship-management, sales, and financial-modeling skills. It is a 2–3-year development track for recent graduates with little or no professional experience, based in one of several hub locations, and offers a base salary of $39,100 to $126,500 plus incentive eligibility.
