The CSixer leads corporate software quality strategy and the QA chapter, including quality ceremonies, testing and automation tooling, AI-enabled quality processes, quality KPIs, technical-debt mapping, risk mitigation, standards, vendor evaluations, and QA community development. The role requires large-scale software-quality experience, test-automation expertise, AI/ML knowledge, KPI and risk-management experience, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, product, and SRE teams.
