Axon is hiring a Corporate Counsel to support global sales teams and the contracts and corporate team. The role structures, reviews, and negotiates complex commercial transactions involving goods, services, and SaaS solutions; advises business partners; supervises Contracts Managers; develops contract processes, templates, risk analyses, and contract lifecycle management; and provides operational legal advice. The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, requires in-office work four days per week, and offers medical, dental, and vision plans.
