Corporate Commercial Counsel, EMEA at Axon

Axon is hiring a Corporate Counsel to support its global sales teams and contracts function, primarily in the EMEA region. The role involves structuring, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts for goods, services, and SaaS solutions; advising business partners; supervising Contracts Managers; developing contract processes and templates; and supporting contract lifecycle management. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with an in-office requirement four days per week and up to 15% travel. Candidates need at least five years of experience negotiating complex commercial contracts, a J.D., and bar or authorization to practice in a relevant jurisdiction. The base pay range is $155,250 to $218,400 USD.
