Description
Rally is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead financial operations across a diversified portfolio of businesses, including construction, healthcare, humanitarian initiatives, impact-driven ventures, and fleet repair services. The role owns the close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, construction accounting, systems and controls, treasury, compliance, and audit coordination, while leading the accounting and bookkeeping team and partnering with executive leadership on financial strategy. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least five years of progressive corporate accounting experience, and direct construction accounting experience; a CPA license or progress toward one, Sage Intacct experience, and multi-entity consolidation experience are preferred.
