Kenson Plastics is hiring a Controller to serve as the strategic financial steward for the company. The role leads accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, audits, tax filings, job costing, cost modeling, and production variance analysis, while supervising and mentoring the accounting team. It is a hybrid position requiring four days per week onsite at the Beaver Falls facility and requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least seven years of progressive accounting experience, and manufacturing accounting experience.
