Description
Hawaii Behavioral Health is hiring a Corporate Controller for its Honolulu office to oversee the full financial cycle, including general and corporate accounting, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, cost accounting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, tax and capital planning, cash management, treasury, and external audit coordination. The role supervises and develops accounting staff and provides financial insights to executive leadership. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least five years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including three years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, are required. Compensation is $85,000 to $100,000 per year plus incentive compensation, with health, dental, vision, and life insurance and other benefits.
