Corporate Controller at Standard Bots

Standard Bots is hiring a Corporate Controller to build and scale its financial infrastructure for an eventual IPO. The role owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; designs COSO-based internal controls and SOX documentation; leads PCAOB audit selection and the full audit cycle; develops internal audit and SEC reporting capabilities; manages technical accounting, equity and stock-plan administration, and ERP implementation; and builds and mentors the accounting team. The position is hybrid, based in the New York City office and/or the Glen Cove, New York robotics factory or headquarters, and offers a $300,000 to $450,000 base salary plus equity and benefits.
