Swift Navigation is hiring a full-time Corporate Controller to manage the company’s accounting function, including month-end close, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, tax compliance, financial reporting, audits, cash management, and accounting processes. The role also oversees an offshore accounting team, partners with FP&A and Financial Operations, supports business decision-making, and helps improve internal controls and technology. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS or public accounting, along with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. The position offers remote work opportunities and a U.S. base salary of $160,000 to $190,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
