Plasmology4, Inc. is hiring a Corporate Controller to build and lead the accounting and financial reporting function for a pre-revenue medical device company preparing for an IPO. The role oversees U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, the monthly and quarterly close, accounting policies, ERP implementation, SOX 404 controls, auditor relationships, and the development of an accounting and finance team. Candidates must hold an active CPA license, have at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience including public-company auditing or public-company experience, and reside in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
