VisiQuate is hiring a full-time, remote Corporate Controller to lead global accounting, consolidation, financial reporting, and technical accounting for a private equity-backed multinational SaaS and technology-enabled services company. The role oversees the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; M&A purchase accounting, revenue recognition, lease accounting, capitalized software costs, internal controls, ERP optimization, and multi-entity consolidation; and leads a global accounting team while partnering with the CFO, private equity sponsors, lenders, auditors, and other stakeholders.
