Description

The Corporate Controller reports to the Chief Financial Officer and leads global accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, U.S. GAAP compliance, manufacturing and cost accounting, inventory and working capital analysis, M&A integrations, and ERP optimization. The role also develops and mentors a global accounting team and partners with operations and senior leadership on finance transformation and growth initiatives. It requires a CPA, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and at least 12 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: CPA and bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Required Previous Experiences: 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
Experience as a Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Accounting, or similar leadership role in a complex manufacturing environment
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, global consolidations, financial reporting, internal controls, external audits, and multi-site operations
Strong experience with manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and operational finance partnership
Proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations and cultures while developing people and improving processes
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in technology, medical device, aerospace, defense, industrial, security, or advanced manufacturing environments
Experience in private equity-backed or public-company environments, including SEC reporting exposure
M&A integration, purchase accounting, ERP optimization, and finance transformation experience
International accounting and finance leadership experience supporting organizations of significant scale and complexity
