Description
Button is hiring a Corporate Counsel to own the company’s legal function, with emphasis on commercial contracting, privacy and data protection, corporate governance, and day-to-day legal advice. The role covers the full commercial contract lifecycle, standard terms and playbooks, vendor and partner diligence, employment matters, financing and corporate transaction support, intellectual property, and contract governance. Candidates should have a JD and active New York bar admission or eligibility to register as in-house counsel in New York, 5–7 years of practice including at least two years in-house, and hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial technology agreements. The expected base salary is $205,000–$250,000, with 401(k) contributions, health, vision, and dental benefits, and other employee benefits.
