Corporate Counsel at Catamount Constructors

Catamount is hiring a Corporate Counsel to provide legal support across its construction and general contracting operations. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing prime and downstream contracts; resolving disputes and litigation matters; advising executive leadership and project teams; supporting employment, commercial, corporate governance, and transactional matters; and managing outside counsel and insurance claims. The position requires a Juris Doctor, active bar admission in at least one U.S. state, at least eight years of relevant legal experience, and litigation experience. The salary range is $155,000 to $180,000 USD, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance.
