Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. is hiring a Corporate Counsel to support its Real Estate and Global Sourcing practice group. The role advises internal clients on commercial real estate, SaaS and technology, vendor and procurement, and transportation matters; drafts, reviews, and negotiates complex agreements; supports litigation management and strategic initiatives; and collaborates with legal, procurement, and operations teams across time zones. The position requires a U.S. law license, at least seven years of legal practice, and full-time in-office attendance.
