Description
Meltwater is hiring a Corporate Counsel for its APAC legal team to provide business-focused legal support across SaaS contracting, technology transactions, privacy, data protection, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, content licensing, and general commercial matters. The role advises Sales, Procurement, Finance, Security, Product, Customer Success and other teams; manages legal and commercial risks; supports contract implementation and disputes; monitors regulatory developments; and contributes to legal processes and compliance projects across Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific business. The position requires a Juris Doctor or equivalent, an active law license, and at least five years of post-qualification legal experience, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Sydney or Melbourne.
