Description
Wellspring Worldwide is seeking a Corporate Counsel to serve as the senior-most legal, compliance, and privacy authority for its global operations. The role owns legal strategy, contracts, M&A, litigation, intellectual property, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, internal controls, security policies, and global data privacy, while partnering with the CISO and advising executive leadership. It also leads AI legal technology adoption, manages external counsel and legal budgets, and provides training. The position requires a JD, LLB, or equivalent degree from an ABA-approved law school, U.S. licensure, 5–7 years of relevant experience, international exposure, GDPR ownership, and experience with internal controls and regulatory compliance programs.
